For years I felt stuck, tied down, and unhealthy in every way—spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and relationally.
I was leading a thriving church-based counseling center, but experiencing daily anxiety and panic attacks. From the outside, everything looked successful. Inside, I was barely holding it together.
'It wasn't supposed to be this way' was my constant cry to God.
Then He led me on a journey that changed everything. Through whole-person medical care, skilled counseling, and deep work with the Holy Spirit, I learned what God had been trying to show me all along:
I'm a whole person. Spirit, soul, and body. They're designed to work together.
Now, 20 years later, I help Christian women experience that same transformation—not by choosing between clinical tools and Biblical truth, but by bringing them together the way God always intended."

Next Cohort:
Q: Is this a Bible study or prayer group? A: While this is a Christian group led by a Spirit-filled counselor, we won't be doing traditional Bible study or praying for each other during group time. I commit to praying for each member and following the Holy Spirit's leading in our coaching. The skills and tools are all rooted in Biblical principles and your identity in Christ.
Q: Will we be processing deep issues or sharing trauma stories? A: This is a structured, supportive coaching skills group. We have time for sharing, but it's guided by specific questions to help you apply skills. We don't do therapy or deep processing together. This keeps the group safe and focused on practical application.
Q: What if I'm not sure this is right for me? A: That's why we do a 15-minute intro call before you enroll! We'll talk through where you're at, what you're looking for, and whether the cohort is a good fit for this season of your life. No pressure—just clarity.
Q: I'm so busy. Can I really commit to this? A: We meet every OTHER week, not every week. That's two hours a month of group time, plus whatever time you invest in applying the tools. You're already spending time feeling anxious, overthinking, or trying to cope. What if you redirected that time toward transformation?
Q: What if I miss a session? A: Life happens! Sessions are recorded so you can catch up. You'll also have access to all worksheets and materials. However, the real transformation happens when you show up live—that's where the coaching and community connection occur.
Q: Do you work with people who aren't Christian? A: The Champions Cohort is specifically designed for Christian women who want a Biblical foundation. If you're exploring faith or not currently a Christian, I'm happy to talk about whether this is the right fit during our intro call.
Q: What makes you different from other Christian counselors? A: Three things: (1) I combine clinical excellence (DBT, CBT) with Biblical truth AND functional health (brain/gut wellness, hormones), (2) I'm fully led by the Holy Spirit in every session, and (3) I've lived this struggle myself—I'm not just teaching theory.
Q: What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't work? A: This isn't therapy—it's coaching with a proven structure. Many women in my cohorts have been to therapy or Bible studies that didn't create lasting change. The difference here is the blend (clinical + Biblical + functional), the timeline (6 months for sustainability), and the community (you're not doing this alone).
Q: Can I join if I'm currently in therapy? A: Absolutely! This cohort complements therapy beautifully. Just let me know during our intro call so we can coordinate if needed.
Q: What if I'm dealing with suicidal thoughts or severe depression? A: These cohorts are not designed for high-acuity needs. If you're currently experiencing deep depression, extreme panic, debilitating anxiety, or intrusive thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your medical provider, visit your nearest urgent care or ER, or call the 988 Lifeline. In Texas, you can also reach The Timothy Center at (512) 331-2700 for Christian counseling, PHP, or IOP services.
Q: Are the Biblical principles tied to a specific denomination? A: No. The principles affirm that Jesus is the Son of God, the Bible is the infallible inspired Word of God, there is only one God, Jesus is the only way to God, and that God is eternally existent in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The tools work for Christians across denominations.
Q: What happens after the 6 months? A: You'll have the option to continue with your cohort into the Advanced Champions Cohort, join a seasonal focus cohort (Dating or Body Image), or move into the Monthly Mastery Membership (launching soon). Many women choose to continue growing together!
Q: What's your refund policy? A:We don't offer refunds after the second group session, as the personalized work and cohort spot are reserved specifically for you, and group cohesion has already started for the limited spots of the cohort members. However, if you realize in the first two weeks and you've also shown that you've done the work between sessions, then, we can discuss options for refunding your method of payment. My goal is to support you in the best way possible, even if that means providing a full refund so you can continue to move forward.
You've been trying to do this on your own.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, worked the Bible studies.
You've prayed, tried to have more faith, used all the coping skills.
But you're still waking up anxious. Still feeling stuck. Still wondering when it's going to get easier.
Here's what I know after 20 years of walking with women like you:
You're not broken.
You don't need to try harder.
You need the right tools, the right support, and the right foundation.
You may need Clinical Meets Biblical.
The next Champions Cohort starts March 16, 2026.
There are only a limited number of spots left.
This is your invitation to do something different.
To stop going it alone.
To experience breakthrough instead of just reading about it.
Are you ready?
