For years I felt tied down, stuck, and so very unhealthy in all the ways - spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and relationally. Can you relate?
“It wasn’t supposed to be this way”. I should be able to live with more courage and clarity! I mean, I was a gymnast who carried the Olympic torch, had a successful design business, and then moved into ministry. I was even leading a thriving church-based counseling center… BUT experiencing daily anxiety, panic, and also choosing unhealthy relationships.
I’ll pause there in my story to reassure you, I don’t just teach & talk about the struggle, I lived it.
Now, I connect the clinical, biblical, and neurological in fun & practical ways because I love people, I love God, and I love providing valuable content that makes a real difference.
I’m dedicated to helping you thrive in your life by connecting the clinical to the biblical because I KNOW it works!

Downloadable Resources, Worksheets, and workbooks will introduce you to skills, tools, and methods for changing old patterns, priced to help. The free Workshops do this for you too!
Shorts on our YouTube will provide tips, and remove that feeling of “is this just me”.
Longer videos will introduce you to methods of transformation and invite you to comment so you can imagine it for yourself.
Cohorts will give you step-by-step practical hands-on application with a community that not just removes the aloneness but also provides same-life-stage connection. You can start with the basic cohort or a seasonal cohort and then move into a seasonal or an advanced cohort!
Monthly Mastery Memberships are for truly mastering the skills without the ever-other-week groups found in cohorts but with quarterly practice rounds. -We’re building these monthly memberships but you can join the “waitlist” and it will feel like you’re waiting for your table at a lovely restaurant in Austin. ;-)
